Services We Provide
Recycle City pays cash for your used California Redemption Value "CRV" beverage containers,
non-ferrous scrap metals, and auto/truck batteries. We also accept used electronics for
recycling on a donation basis.
CRV Bottles & Cans
We purchase used, empty beverage containers labeled with the "CA Cash Refund," "California
Redemption Value," or "CA CRV" messages which originally held one of the following
beverages:
The following products are excluded from the beverage container recycling program and you will
not receive CRV on containers which originally held them:
Recycle City pays the following segregated CRV per pound prices:
Aluminum Cans=$1.85 #3 Plastic-PVC= $0.56
Glass=$0.105 #4 Plastic-LDPE=$2.14
Bimetal (Steel)=$0.24 #5 Plastic-PP=$0.31
#1 Plastic-PETE=$0.96 #6 Plastic-PS=$3.56
#2 Plastic-HDPE=$0.54 #7 Plastic-Other=$0.41
Recycle City will also pay for beverage containers on a per container basis (by count) based
upon customer request. We will count up to 50 containers per material type. The price per
container is $0.05 for those which originally held a beverage in a capacity of less than 24
ounces and $0.10 for those which originally held a beverage in capacity of 24 ounces and
above.
Please note that minimum CRV prices are set by the State of California, Department of
Conservation and questions about them should be directed to this agency at 1-800-RECYCLE.
Non-Ferrous Metals
Recycle City pays cash for your aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, and lead, and
provides special pricing for larger loads. Also, we offer free pick up for loads of 5,000 lbs and
greater in the Sacramento area. Please call for details. Recycle City buys scrap metals in the

Sacramento location for easy recycling.
Electronic Waste Recycling
Recycle City is excited to offer this free recycling service to its customers. You may drop off your
unwanted T.V., computer, monitor, laptop, keyboard, cell phone, and other consumer
electronics anytime during our operational hours of Monday and Wednesday-Saturday,
9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. We can provide complementary pick up service in the Sacramento area for
loads of at least 50 monitors/T.V.'s. Call us to schedule a time convenient for you.
Upon drop off, you will be required to provide your name, address, and telephone number for
documentation purposes.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept appliances such as microwaves and washers/dryers.
